01 Where it began

Four decades. Five founders. One mushroom.

In 1983, five Malaysian researchers quietly started what would become the world's most-cultivated Ganoderma brand. For twelve years they tested, refined, and documented — not a single product, but an entire cultivation system for the Reishi mushroom.

In 1995 the doors opened internationally as Gano Excel. Today the original founders — Leow Soon Seng, Lew Soon Kiak, Ooi Kheng Seng, Leong Ting Yu and Leow Ah Bah — still lead the company.

02 The hero ingredient

A mushroom older than most medicines.

Every Gano Excel product is built around Ganoderma lucidum — the Reishi mushroom. Its Latin name is barely a century old. Its reputation is four thousand years older than that.

Traditional Chinese medicine called it lingzhi — “the mushroom of spiritual potency” — and placed it at the very top of the Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing, the oldest surviving herbal manual in the world.

Most of the world's Reishi is wild-harvested or grown on mixed-quality farms. Gano Excel does not work that way.

Since 1983, the company has cultivated its own Ganoderma on its own organic farms in Kedah — a tropical lowland climate Reishi thrives in. Every mushroom in every Gano Excel capsule, coffee and soap starts on this soil. No third-party farms. No supply-chain mystery.

Global, since 1995.

From Kuala Lumpur to Istanbul to São Paulo — Gano Excel now reaches more than one hundred countries. In Turkey the company has operated as a 100% foreign-capital subsidiary since 2010, under Gano Excel Marketing Ltd. Şti.

Certifications: GMP · HACCP · MAL Halal · T.C. Gıda Tarım ve Hayvancılık Bakanlığı, plus national approvals in Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Colombia, and a dozen other markets.

We are not the official Gano Excel brand. We are an authorized sub-dealer, and this is the storefront we built to make real Gano Excel products reachable for English-speaking customers outside the traditional network channels.

Every product ships from the Turkey warehouse, in original sealed packaging. PayPal buyer protection up to 180 days. DHL, UPS or FedEx delivery in 2 to 5 business days, worldwide.
